Being human is hard, being a parent is harder. My passion is helping parents feel comforted in times of stress, this can look like acts of service or words of affirmation. Maybe a listening ear while you process some complicated feelings. My services are client-led, I'm here for YOU during this amazing time in your life whether you've done this before or are just experiencing this life altering craziness for the first time. I provide peer postpartum services as a mom of 5 who has experienced many different situations during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. However, my lived experience is not yours and we will find what you need and what works for you together. I am currently working towards becoming a DONA certified birth doula and would be happy to ensure your birth experience is calm, held with love, and as close to the day you envision as possible. Send me a message and let's connect on how to make these next few days, months, and the fourth trimester times of growth and happiness!

Could not have asked for a more caring, compassionate person to help us out after the birth of our child. I can’t recommend Sage highly enough. She is skilled at what she does and goes above and beyond.
