Hi, I’m Angela. I’m a mom of five and birth doula. I’m passionate about giving women the birth they desire. To enter into motherhood with as much peace as possible. I love supporting women in pregnancy and those early weeks of motherhood.

Recent review

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Angela as our doula. She helped me to work through some trauma that I had experienced in a previous birth, and helped me overcome some fears and concerns that I had surrounding birth. She has a very calm, soothing presence. I was super impressed with how well she was able to provide birth support and take excellent photos at the same time. I will always treasure the photos she took of my son's birth.

As a certified birth doula and Ayurvedic postpartum specialist, I provide compassionate, personalized support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My role is to guide and empower birthing people by offering physical comfort, emotional encouragement, and evidence-based education tailored to their unique needs and birth preferences. I blend traditional healing arts rooted in Ayurveda with modern birth practices to create a holistic, nourishing experience. This includes labor support, birth preparation, postpartum planning, and healing rituals such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones ceremonies, and Reiki (Prana) therapy. I also offer guidance on Ayurvedic nutrition and emotional wellness to support recovery and balance after birth. My approach centers on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and honoring each family’s individual path without imposing beliefs or expectations. I work closely with clients in both South Florida and Park City, Utah, providing concierge-style care that fosters confidence, calm, and connection through every phase of the perinatal journey.

First of all I’d like to thank Brooke for taking us on such short notice, we had a plan and our little baby girl had a different one coming 3 weeks earlier than expected ! Our original Dula was not available but quickly recommended Brooke and I am very happy she did. Right away Brooke was there for my wife when she needed it most, she provided my wife with a safe and comfortable environment. This being our first pregnancy we had no idea what to expect at the hospital or how this process would work. Brooke was quick to comfort her and teach her new techniques to ease the pain as well as answer any questions I had. She worked dynamically with the L&D team at our hospital and made my wife’s delivery even more smooth. Brooke was able to give my wife the confidence and positive energy she needed to have a healthy birth. Thank you!

Hi, I'm Dez Weyburn. I have a decade of doula experience and have been able to support so many kinds of births. I love working with families who want to take charge of their own birth experience, however that looks to them. In the past year, I've sort of accidentally found a niche at supporting high risk births, so I'm well versed in how most of the local hospitals deal with labor complications. Beyond that, I'm well informed about supporting physiological births. As a doula and massage therapist, I often incorporate touch in prenatal meetings, the labor and birth, and our postpartum check-in.

Dez was an outstanding doula and she was the perfect advocate and support person my husband and I needed for my VBA2C (vaginal birth after 2 cesareans). I knew from the moment I met Dez that I was comfortable with her laid back personality and her passion for her work as a doula, as well as her love for continuous education on everything pregnancy, birth and postpartum which is so important to me as a nurse, myself! I highly recommend Dez for anyone hoping to have an amazing doula attend their birth and help them ante & postpartum.

I am a proud boy mom to three wonderful boys who will someday change the world. I am an Army Medic and EMT. I love helping people, but felt called to develop my passion for birth work after my second child was born in the height of COVID during an amazing home birth. I have learned that there is so much to be honored in pregnancy, the birthing space, and the postpartum period, and I love being able to help families feel empowered and supported during those transitions.

Hi, I'm Hunter! Im 25 years old and a fierce advocate serving Salt Lake and Utah County. In doing research to prepare myself for future pregnancy I was faced with the sad reality that many people have entered the birth space uninformed and unsupported, with so many voices shouting at them about the "one right way" to give birth and be a parent. Only to leave the birth space scared, in pain, and often traumatized. This reality felt bleak to me so I began my journey learning how to provide advocacy, alignment, and assurance to my clients. I believe everyone should have access to emotional, physical and spiritual support while diving into labor and finding their inner power during birth.

My name is Bailey Howell, and I am a certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula, as well as a pre-certified Labor Doula! I recently graduated from Utah State with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and realized that I have a huge passion for strengthening family relationships and bringing more joy into the home. Birth brings a substantial change to a family and my goal is to bring more education and support to new parents in order to make the transition to parenthood easier. I am so excited to work with families in Cache Valley!

Bailey's services made a large impact in my mental and physical well being in early postpartum. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and I was not able to have assistance from family after the birth of my third baby. She was able to take care of things that I wasn't able to physically (errands, moving boxes, caring for my toddlers, etc). This allowed me to have the rest my body so desperately needed after my C-Section. She also assisted with meal preparation and I am still being blessed with these efforts months later. My children still ask when Bailey is coming to our home and I am grateful Bailey became part of my mothering village.

Hi there! I am a DONA trained birth doula and have also been working to help people through injuries and chronic pain as a professional massage therapist for over 12 years now. I gained a passion for birth while making birth plans and creating roles for my own birth team during the birthing chapter of my life with my four cherubs. I was able to birth in various settings. I am all about doing things your way. I believe a woman should strive to have the birth experience she desires. I believe in a well thought out birth plan and in a unified birth team. Though things don't always go just as planned, having one is very empowering. I also have really appreciated the births I have been in where the partner is a strong presence during the birth. The power of a unified couple is not to be diminished. If you choose me to assist your birth, I will be there to help educate, empower, advocate and help you and your partner have an unforgettable bonding experience with each other and your baby. Whether you have a desire to birth at home, at a birth center, in a hospital--with an epidural or hoping to go med free, I will support you in your goals, we will do it "your way". Talya is a midwife, herbalist, and doula with 18 years of experience in birthwork. She is a wife and mother of 6 and is the owner of an intentionally small midwifery practice. The belief that birth is a normal physiological event and that babies are wise and know how to be born guides her practice. Talya believes when the mother is nurtured in body, mind, and spirit we see the best maternal, family, and societal outcomes. When she’s not at the feet of women giving birth or creating herbal teas and tinctures, you can find Talya in the mountains with her family or with her bare hands and feet in a patch of dirt trying to grow things. Welcome to Matriarch Midwifery!

My first encounter with Chiropractic care was after a sports injury in high school. Something about it stuck because I got both a Bachelor's and a Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During my internship, I witnessed firsthand how chiropractic can help kids. It was then that I realized the potential chiropractic care had to help so many people. That was how I developed a passion to care for children, pregnant parents, and families through wellness and education. When I'm not in the office, I'm probably outdoors with my dogs. I love being a part of this community and I am excited to serve the people in Utah County.
