Plan to give birth at Kaiser San Jose. I want to use my insurance if possible. I want my partner to cut the cord when white. I want to wait as long as I can for epidural, baby should not leave the room, we want the golden hour etc

I’m looking for someone with experience encapsulating a placenta after birth and excepts health net insurance
I plan to give birth at a hospital in the San Jose area (such as Good Samaritan, El Camino, Kaiser Santa Clara, or O’Connor Hospital, depending on availability). My budget is flexible and based on the typical Bay Area market rate for a birth doula — around $1,800–3,500 for a standard package that includes 2–3 prenatal visits, 24/7 on-call support, continuous labor and birth support, and 1–2 postpartum visits. My birth plan is hospital-based with flexibility for pain management: I’d like to start with non-medical comfort measures (breathing, movement, massage, TENS, warm shower, etc.) and opt for an epidural if needed. I hope to have a doula who provides emotional support, guidance, and advocacy throughout labor, helps communicate with the medical team, and supports partner involvement. I also value evidence-based prenatal education (stages of labor, hospital procedures, pain management options, postpartum recovery, newborn care) and postpartum follow-up for breastfeeding and emotional well-being. If possible, I would appreciate a doula who can communicate in both English and Chinese.

Hospital birth. No medication if possible as long as I can. 3rd birth, but this time I will be alone so I need help.
I’m planning to give birth at the hospital. Would need doula to accept HMO Kaiser and bill Kaiser. Open to decision and options for birth plan. Of course goal is vaginal no medication but understand things happen and that may be the option if there is an emergency. Best ways to help myself and baby have a healthy delivery. Would like to avoid tearing and learn techniques to control pain during labor.
1. I haven’t gotten a referral yet but I think I’ll go with El Camino in Mountain View 2. I’m looking for a doula that accepts tricare. I’m also open to paying out of pocket but tricare would be my first pick. 3. This is my second child and the labor with my first was under 4 hours. Birth plan this time would be to labor without an epidural. All other parts of my birth plan I’m open to suggestions. I’d like to labor at home if possible.
