I plan to give birth at the methodist hospital in San Antonio Texas. I don't have a budget
1. Hospital 2. Insurance covered 3. Natural delivery with medication and epidural as needed, delayed cord clamping, relaxation during labor
We are expecting our first baby and plan to deliver at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center around our due date of July 7. Our goal is a calm, evidence-based, low-intervention hospital birth while remaining flexible if medical circumstances require changes. I hope to labor naturally if possible, with freedom to move, use different labor positions, and receive clear communication and informed consent before interventions. My husband will be my primary support person, and we are looking for a doula who can provide continuous emotional support, comfort measures, guidance with positioning, and help us navigate labor while working collaboratively with our OB and hospital staff. We value someone who is experienced, calm, and supportive of our birth preferences while remaining adaptable if our birth takes an unexpected course.

I plan to give birth at home, as naturally as possible. Our budget is around $1,000, but we are willing to pay more depending on the services. My birth plan is simply to have our baby at home and go from there. It's not a strict plan, and I'm open to changes that mean me and the baby are safe and healthy. No requirements needed, I'm happy to have someone who is new. I'm new to this, and we can learn together! Id love help with sleep training, lactation, postpartum.
