I’m Emma — a mother of four and a Christian birth doula who believes birth is sacred, holy, and thoughtfully designed by our Creator. I trust that women’s bodies were created without flaw and are more than capable of birthing, and my role is to gently support and protect that design. I bring a calm, steady, and nurturing presence into the birth space, intentionally creating an atmosphere of peace, safety, and confidence as labor unfolds. With quiet reassurance and intuitive support, I help mothers stay grounded, informed, and in control of their birth decisions while working collaboratively with their care team. Birth is holy work. I am deeply intentional about protecting the atmosphere of the room—creating a space where peace is prioritized, voices are respected, and mothers feel supported to labor and birth with confidence and calm.

I cannot say enough amazing things about emma! From the moment she joined my birth team, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable  the exact presence I needed throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She checked on me consistently, answered every question without judgment, and made sure I always felt empowered in every decision. During labor, she brought such a grounding energy. She anticipated my needs before I even said them and helped create a peaceful environment that made a huge difference in my birth experience. What I appreciated most was how she advocated for me and made sure my voice was heard. She held space for me emotionally, guided me physically, and truly honored the kind of birth I wanted. Her support didn’t stop after delivery she followed up, encouraged me, and made the transition home feel so much easier. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made. I’m incredibly grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and warmth. I would recommend her to any expectant parent without hesitation.

Amber Delmarter

Hi there! I’m Amber, a new doula based in Athens, Georgia, serving families across Northeast and Middle, rural Georgia. My calling is to walk alongside women in the tender postpartum season, as I believe this is a time that deserves gentleness, grace, and true support. I believe that rest is one of the most essential (and overlooked) parts of healing and adjusting to motherhood. My goal is to make that rest possible by tending to the practical and emotional needs that often go unnoticed. This can look like helping with household tasks and baby care to offering a listening ear when you need to talk. What makes my approach unique is my background and training as a mental health counselor. I provide not only hands-on care, but also a safe, nonjudgmental space for mothers to process their emotions, which may include joy, overwhelm, and everything in between. My heart is to help you feel seen, supported, and strengthened as you ease into this new chapter!

I am 26 years old, and am a registered nurse currently working nightshift in the postpartum unit helping both moms and newborn babies. I have 5+ years of previous nanny experience before I attended college, and I have also worked in a preschool/daycare setting with children ages 6weeks-12yrs. Due to my profession, I have expert knowledge of newborn safety and feeding practices. I am also trained in lactation techniques. Postpartum care is also included in my profession. I can answer questions, help with positioning, and help change pads or check for bleeding if needed. Newborn babies are my passion, and I am so happy to be working in a field where I get to help and educate families all night long. However, I have 4 extra days per week that I'd like to be filled with more swaddles and snuggles.

Hi, my name is Na’Sirah, and I’m 21 years old. I’ve always had a passion for working with children, which is why I’ve spent so much of my time caring for kids both inside and outside of work. I currently work at an elementary school during the week, and on evenings or weekends I enjoy babysitting for friends, family, and local families who need extra support. I started gaining experience early on by helping in daycare centers and church nurseries, and over the years I’ve developed patience, creativity, and the ability to keep children safe while also making sure they have fun. Through my job, I am First Aid, CPR, and AED certified. I have also taken courses in Early Childhood Development and other classes focused on caring for babies and young children, and I plan to continue furthering my education with more courses. I don’t have children of my own yet, but I treat every child I care for as if they were family. My goal as a babysitter is to provide a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where kids can thrive, and to give parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are well cared for.

My journey began in 2014, after watching the documentary, The Business of Being Born. I was shocked at how medical and sterile birth had become and how unfairly some pregnant people are treated. From there, I spent the next three years devouring anything and everything related to birth. I attended my first birth as a doula (unknowingly) in 2017 when my goddaughter was born, and I fell in love with doula work. I married my husband in late 2017, and in early 2019 I found out I was pregnant with my first child. My pregnancy was one of the most enjoyable times of my life. I gave birth vaginally in a hospital transfer from Atlanta Birth Center, to Atlanta Medical Center in November 2019. I have my birth team to thank for solidifying my passion for other people to have the experience I was blessed with. I believe information is our greatest tool. I will provide you with evidence-based information from a holistic standpoint. Outside of being a doula, I love to travel. I enjoy visiting new and familiar places with my family. I love cooking, reading, and listening to crime podcasts. I never turn down a taco or a glass of champagne.

I am a dedicated doula with a passion for providing gentle and holistic care to expectant families. My journey into the world of birth support began with a deep belief in the power of natural and holistic approaches to childbirth. Within the last year, I have become a trusted companion for families seeking a nurturing and empowering birthing experience. Specializing in natural and holistic care, i understand the importance of creating a supportive environment that aligns with the unique needs and desires of each client. My commitment to gentle care is evident in my approach, which emphasizes emotional support, mindfulness, and personalized attention throughout the entire birthing process. I believe in the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit during childbirth and strive to create an atmosphere that fosters a sense of tranquility and empowerment. Quazy was absolutely incredible! My husband and I were first time parents, and she was so warm and inviting. The morning my water broke, I called her at 3AM and she zoomed over within the hour. We were having a home birth, and she got there and immediately set up pur birth room, all the while, gently talking to my husband and I. She was so sweet, especially to him, as he looked like a deer in headlights and froze up when he realized it was really happening, and our daughter would be here soon. By the time my midwife arrived, I was already having some pretty intense contractions. While our midwife wanted us to head to a hospital for the pain, Quazy was able to center me and remind me that I wanted to do a natural birth, and we only needed to leave if something was "wrong." We waited another hour after this, and I was able to deliver my beautiful girl all on my own. I loved that Quazy was there for me to lean on when I was scared, and I am eternally grateful for how strongly she believed in me

I work with pregnant people who experience pregnancy as a sea of confusion and are desperately seeking clarity. I guide them through understanding their options to have the pregnancy and birth experience that is right for them - all while feeling more energetic and confident. No mommy-shaming on my watch! Though my formal training in nutrition is recent, I began researching the impact of nutrition and lifestyle factors on pregnancy in 1999 with my own pregnancies. My track record of reducing preterm births and pregnancy complications is a direct result of teaching evidence-based prenatal nutrition to my pregnant clients.

I am passionate about empowering birthing families to actively prepare for childbirth. Through my own experiences, I felt that there was a gap in labor support between healthcare professionals and labor partners. Many birthing people I have interacted with describe fear and apprehension as they approached their labor. Even more tragically, many birthing families have expressed disappointment or even trauma from a birth experience that felt poorly communicated, emergent, and out of their control. Part of my mandate is to know the limitations of the healthcare system and to educate families to advocate for their own birth using current and evidence-based information. Not knowing what you do not know can lead to overwhelming decisions and out-of-control situations. I also provide experienced, trained hands-on support during the labor to create a consistent, personalized, and safe environment which can decrease the need for medical interventions and increase overall birth satisfaction.

Hi! I'm Sarah and a mom of a Sleep Wise graduate. I can help you find a quick, gentle solution to your child's sleep problems! I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I give parents the tools they need to help them teach their child to sleep at night...and naps too! My approach to improving your child's sleep is pretty simple: 1. I will give you honest information about WHY sleep is so important for your child's well-being. (This will give you all the motivation you need to make changes to your child's sleep habits.) 2. I will lay out an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that lets you make some choices about what is the right approach for your child. (All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do. I encourage you to use your knowledge of your child to customize his or her sleep plan.) 3. I will show you how to measure success. (No, you shouldn't expect your child to sleep 12 uninterrupted hours on the first night -- although it does happen! I will also tell you what you should expect along the way.) This will all be available to you in a two week program that would include a one to one consultation, phone calls, and email support. Thanks to modern technology if you aren't in my area, we can consult via a phone call.
