We are looking for a postpartum doula to help with care for our 2 month old son. At a minimum we would like support burping him, changing diapers, bottle feeding, watching him while we rest or get other things done around the house, and support for me as I breastfeed. Ideally we'd love someone who can help us make the transition to parenthood easier - whether that's help with meal prep (light snacks and meal support), help with structuring an optimal schedule for daytime and nighttime routines with our son, and light support with laundry, dishes, etc. We’re looking for support for a few hours (3-4) times a week (at least twice), preferably during the day or evening. Our son has congenital torticollis, so we want someone who can be extra mindful of his positioning. We'd love a doula who has experience working with infants with torticollis. We are looking for someone who has at least 3-4 years of experience as a postpartum doula and who has certifications in postpartum doula care and infant care. Our estimated budget is $20-$45/hour.
