About me

I’m a therapist--- but I’m also a partner and momma to a sassy 4 year old and many fur babies. When I’m not working or parenting, I’m usually found outside with my horse, in my garden, or in a hammock or a swing. I have been honored to work with exclusively with parents for the last several years in my work as an outpatient therapist. I love being able to help people through this really dynamic and growing season in their lives.

Service introduction

Maybe you’re hoping to get pregnant, are currently pregnant, recently postpartum, or maybe you’re a seasoned parent… and the parenting books didn’t prepare you for this. Maybe you are feeling like there are others out there that are struggling more or have experienced worse. Let me tell you something… YOU matter. Your struggle is important and I care about helping you through your challenges. It is okay to be struggling, and it is 100% okay to get help. My goal as a therapist is help you feel healthier, more connected, and more joyful in your parenting and life in general. I don’t offer any guarantees or gimmicks. What I do have is experience working with people that have also struggled sometime between getting ready to start a family and the rest of their life, skills to help you feel more connected to your own body, compassion for what you’re going through, and determination to help you meet your personal goals.
