• Sleep questionnaire so I can understand your family's situation and goals • Individualized guide that identifies your child's sleep difficulty, explains step-by-step sleep training methods, includes a sleep schedule and a bedtime routine, and gives proactive child leadership recommendations while resonating with your parenting style • Introduction call to talk through how to implement sleep training • Ongoing text message guidance, encouragement, and troubleshooting for 2 weeks • Closing email about maintaining your progress and to address any final questions • Supplementary 30 minute call in the 30 days after consulting if necessary
