Birth & Postpartum Doula
New Haven, Connecticut
About me

I support families through pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period with compassion, presence, and respect. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel heard, informed, and supported during one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. Clients can expect calm, consistent, and judgment-free care from me. I focus on emotional reassurance, comfort measures, and advocacy, while honoring each family’s values, preferences, and choices. I value open communication and partnership, and I ask the same in return so we can build trust and work together effectively. I chose birth work because supporting people during such an intimate and powerful life moment feels deeply meaningful to me. The greatest reward of this work is witnessing families grow in confidence, feel empowered in their decisions, and leave the experience feeling supported rather than overwhelmed. Outside of doula work, I’m a mom and sister who prioritizes self-care, spirituality, and holistic wellness. I enjoy working with herbs, nurturing my own healing practices, and staying grounded so I can show up fully and present for the families I serve.
