Sacred Birth Support Package

Includes: • Two prenatal visits (in-person or virtual) Explore birth preferences, comfort techniques, and prepare your birth plan. • Phone/text/email support from time of hire Consistent guidance, reassurance, and trusted resources throughout pregnancy. • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks Ready to support you whenever labor begins. • Continuous labor and birth support Emotional, physical, and informational support from active labor through birth and 1–2 hours postpartum. • Three postpartum follow-up visits Support with healing, newborn care, emotional processing, and integration of your birth experience.

Sacred Birth Premium Experience

Includes everything in the Sacred Birth Support Package, plus: • One additional prenatal visit (total of three) Includes guided relaxation or childbirth education tailored to your preferences. • Birth plan creation session A dedicated session to walk through your vision, preferences, and options for labor and delivery. • Prenatal comfort techniques workshop (for birthing person + partner, if desired) Hands-on guidance for coping strategies, massage, positioning, and breathwork. • Unlimited text/phone support until 6 weeks postpartum Continued access to me for questions, reassurance, and emotional support. • Three extended postpartum visits (up to 2 hours each) Includes newborn care tips, emotional check-ins, feeding support, and light household help if needed. • Personalized postpartum care plan Customized support plan to help you feel nourished, grounded, and prepared after birth. • Gifted postpartum care kit A curated bundle of soothing items for your recovery and comfort.

Sacred Nesting Package -Overnight

A six-week postpartum experience centered on healing, rest, and supported beginnings. Whether you’re seeking quiet overnight care or daytime guidance as you navigate life with a newborn, this package is designed to meet you where you are—with heart, skill, and presence. Overnight Care 8 hours, 3 nights per week for 6 weeks $7,200 (144 total hours | $50/hour) Gentle, nurturing nighttime care so you can rest and recover deeply. Payment Options: • Flexible Payment Plans Payment can be split into biweekly or monthly installments to fit your budget. • Deposit A 50% deposit secures your place on my calendar. • Custom Schedules Need fewer weeks or a blend of day and night care?
