About me

I am the founder of Oasis PT & Pelvic Health and, after 25 years of practice, I absolutely love what I do! My birth experience and time as a pelvic patient sparked my passion to exclusively pursue a pelvic health specialty in 2016. As a trained Birth Doula and Spinning Babies enthusiast, knowledge of the body is integrated with motion mechanics, pain science, and medical conditions. Also, trained in postpartum Malay practices, ancient wisdom and nurturing are highly valued. Our Birth Support services were created with YOU in mind. How can pregnancy be optimized with greater ease and labor complications be prevented? What is the best way to educate and support new birthers? What foundations of healing are needed to prevent future problems? What are best practices to return to what you love and intimately enjoying who you love? We offer personalized, one-on-one sessions of skilled yet intuitive interventions for hip, spine, and pelvic issues. Our premium, holistic care tailors treatment to the individual with various packages, doula support, and a' la carte services to meet your needs, strategize preventions, address problems, and find solutions.

Service introduction

I am a Pelvic Floor PT, Birth Doula, and Certified Mercier Therapist for Infertility. Offices are in Bethesda, MD and Columbia, MD with select in-home, mobile service locations. I help stop pain, leakage, bowel and sexual health issues. I offer a full perinatal service from addressing infertility /pre-conception, pregnancy-related pain, birth prep from a pelvic floor perspective, and postpartum rehab recovery. Highly skilled care is available from menses to menopause for chronic conditions such as Painful Periods, IC, Sciatica, Endometriosis, or Pelvic Pain.

Birth Support - 10

Initial evaluation is currently 75-80 minutes, $225. Individual sessions are 60 minutes, $205,for one-on-one, skilled care. A ten session package offers pregnancy, birth prep, and postpartum recovery with $200 discount.

Why choose an out of network PT and what is reimbursed?

After years of dealing with in-network restrictions, I started Oasis PT & Pelvic Health to give solution-driven, personalized care. Offering years of experience, I provide services that you need not what insurance dictates. Reimbursement varies from 60-100% return.

How many sessions will I need?

Each person is unique. Sessions typically are 1x/week, then bi-weekly, then reduced to as needed maintenance. Some conditions are addressed in 2-3 appointments while others require 2-3 months. Persons with chronic conditions often use Pelvic PT as a part of self care bodywork.
