Need help getting baby to nap Cutting nails Bath time Budget 40$ per hour
Our baby is 1 month old and although we follow a pretty steady routine with him, he's not sleeping well after that initial sleep between 9:30pm - 2am. Whe he wakes we address before crying starts, where we can, then we feed him 1-2 ounces of breast milk or formula, break for burping and diaper change as necessary and then finish with another 1-2 ounce feeding. There are times where this will allow him to go back to sleep for 1-2 hours and then other times where it'll take 1.5-2 hours to get him back to sleep. The cries can be intense and we have worked with a chiro to help him with the gas. This cycle has been taxing and we need help. The 4am feeding has been particularly challenging and by 8-9am he's wide awake. Mom takes care of the baby almost exclusively during the day while Dad works. Dad helps with 1-2 of the overnight/morning feedings. The baby is also not latching very much which is resulting in almost all feedings coming by bottle. We're looking for an English language experienced support to help with the overnight feedings and sleep training to help us get some sleep and help our baby develop properly. Thanks

Hello I am looking for a night nanny for my son. My son is 3m old and has laryngomalacia and apnea. Neither the laryngomalacia or apnea have been deemed this far to require medical interventions but I am not sleeping dealing with this with my post partum anxiety. Looking for a night nanny that has medical knowledge and can watch him looking for signs of worsening or just to give me a peace of mind that he is being looked after. Current budget is unknown as I am unfamiliar with what these type of services cost or if insurance is a factor.
