Hello. I am due to have a natural birth at Victoria Hospital in London, ON, on approximately 18 January. I have another child who is 2 years old. My husband will stay at home with our other child during the birth. I would like someone to stay with me overnight in the hospital after the birth because I have no family members or friends here. Hello! I am looking for someone to provide a post-partum over night shift for my baby so I can sleep. My baby has laryngomalacia and apnea but so far has been deemed not serious enough to require medical intervention. However, I have intense post partum anxiety so I cannot sleep as I am watching him all night. If there is any post partum support for an overnight shift to keep watch over the baby and assist with my post partum anxiety I would be extremely grateful.

I’m hoping to give birth at Tripoint Hospital in Concord. I’m willing to spend $1,500 but it would be nice if someone accepted Buckeye Medicaid so it wouldn’t come out of pocket. I’d really like a Christian Doula. I’d like no epidural and for my husband to be there with me. While giving birth I’d like to play soft music and read/listen to Bible verses. Delayed cord clamping, an hour of time with the baby after birth unless there is a medical emergency. I’d like the baby to stay in my hospital room and if they need to leave for testing I’d like if me or my husband would go with them.

Hospital birth Budget of 5,000 Twin pregnancy, first pregnancy. My mother will be staying with us for the first month. My husband will also be on leave for the first 3 months.

Listening to music would be great but I don’t want other unnecessary noises and people present if they don’t need to be. I don’t want my water artificially broken and I do not want to be induced if it can be avoided. I do want an epidural for pain management. I would like delayed cord cutting and to have my baby spend the golden hour with me after they are born. I do not want an episiotomy or things like forceps to be used to deliver my baby if it can be avoided. I want the process to be as calm as possible.
