About me

Hi, I’m Suzanne. I’m an occupational therapist dedicated to supporting women in the motherhood journey. I work with women through individual sessions and support groups, focusing on the physical and mental shifts necessary for women during their transition to motherhood. In addition to my experience as a mother, I’ve personally struggled with infertility, a high-risk pregnancy, and a traumatic birth experience. Not all pregnancies and births live up to our expectations, and unfortunately women aren’t always comfortable expressing themselves when they don't. In addition to supporting your physical recovery, I hope to serve as a guide to help navigate the complicated emotions that often arise during this journey.

Individual sessions, which are personalized to your needs, focus on topics including self-care planning, counseling, decision making, parenting concerns, communicating with your doctor, and communicating with your partner. Treatment plans are client-centered and may include both a physical and mental health focus.
