I believe you are the expert in your own life. You know your strengths and your needs. I aim to support you in your journey of healing from (childhood) traumas, understanding and building strong relationships.. I understand the impacts of multilayered expectations placed on women, as a working, neurodivergent, single parent who has faced burnout and other chronic health issues. I am keen to support women experiencing perinatal depression, and/or domestic violence, or exploring how to harness the strengths of neurodivergence for daily living and navigating relationships. Working with couples, families, and individuals, together we can work on building awareness, setting boundaries, and communication skills. Applying narrative, trauma-informed, person-centred and mindfulness approaches, we can explore relationships, anger, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions or life events. My practice applies a feminist, decolonial, anti-racist, 2SLGBTQQIA+ and neuroaffirming lens. I aim to hold space with curiosity and compassion; to create a safe space free of judgement and to co-create how I can best support you on your journey.
