About Tamara

I am a DONA trained birth and postpartum doula who has experience in helping you get through the first 4 trimesters. I offer three continuous layers of support: prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. I provide wisdom, guidance, advocacy, and support throughout your pregnancy and birth. As a birth doula, I offer unconditional, non-judgmental support and encouragement to the laboring woman, her partner and/or family throughout labor, delivery, and after childbirth. After baby arrives you can rely on me during those crucial first moments as a family. I will take care of household duties, diaper changes, and soothing baby so you can get some much-needed rest. I will provide you with information on sleep, body feeding, infant care, and any other questions you have, so you can feel confident in how to care for your baby.

Birth Doula

Package Includes:
2 prenatal appointments
24 hours of labor support
1 postpartum visit
Available for continuous text and telephone support.

$1,050 USD · Flat rate

Postpartum Care

Postpartum care including, baby care, nursing, light housework, meal prep, and running errands.

$35 USD · Per hour
