Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a central Kentucky birth doula and social worker dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering birth space for every family. My work is deeply trauma-informed, shaped by both my professional background in social work and my personal birth experiences—a difficult C-section followed by a healing VBAC. These moments taught me the importance of being truly seen, heard, and supported in birth. I specialize in TOLAC, VBAC, and redemptive birth, but my heart is with all families—whether you’re preparing to welcome your first baby or adding to your family with new hopes for your next birth experience. For first-time moms, I provide extra guidance and reassurance, helping you navigate the unknowns of pregnancy and labor with confidence. For those carrying past birth trauma, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to process, heal, and step into birth feeling supported and in control. My role as your doula is to listen deeply, advocate for your wishes, and provide continuous emotional and physical support. Every family deserves a birth experience that feels safe, informed, and empowering—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. 💜

Every family I support begins with a free consultation where we can connect, talk through your hopes, and see if we’re the right fit. During pregnancy, I provide 2 prenatal visits (in person or virtual) where we prepare for birth together, discuss your preferences, practice comfort measures, and create a plan that reflects your values and vision. I especially love helping first-time moms navigate the unknowns and supporting families who are processing past birth trauma with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. From 38 weeks until your baby arrives, I am on call and available whenever labor begins. During birth, I offer continuous emotional support, hands-on comfort techniques, advocacy when needed, and guidance for positioning, pain management, and relaxation. I also encourage and equip partners so they feel confident and connected throughout the process. I provide care in hospitals, birth centers, or at home—wherever you feel most comfortable. After birth, I offer 1 postpartum visits to check in, process your birth story, and support your recovery. These visits may include help with newborn care, breastfeeding, and connecting you with trusted resources for ongoing needs. My goal is to provide individualized care for every family, whether you’re welcoming your first baby, preparing for a VBAC, or redefining what a healing birth experience means for you.
