About me

Hello, My name is Tiffany, Self Love Doula and Parent Coach. I am available to provide emotional, physical, spiritual and informational support to birthing people throughout your birth journey. Although we often think of fertility and birthing only in biological terms, our fertility is also a measure of our willingness to plant and tend seeds of growth within and outside of ourselves. I want to help empower anyone who identifies as a birthing person or with the divine feminine principles of creativity and fertility.—pregnant or not, woman or not, mother or not. I use my experiences and story as a doula, health administrator, and mother to share tools and best practices in the areas of creativity, spirituality, and intimacy that have helped me in my journey.
