Hi! I'm Dr. Tirsa, a pediatric physical therapist, craniosacral fascial therapist, and tongue tie specialist in Gilbert, AZ. I believe that a parent's voice should always be heard. I take a holistic approach to development and love walking alongside parents from the first baby to 5th. I love helping with pre and post-release work for tongue and lip ties. I use my hands to help babies feel better in their bodies through manual therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral fascial therapy, and strength-based play. Years of experience in this field have taught me skills to help families through kindness and compassion. I specialize in tongue ties, torticollis/neck tightness, body tension, head shape, tummy time, and first-year milestones. We have a tear-free policy at Renewed Play and your baby will be in good hands!

What ages do you treat?

I treat all ages from newborn to 21.

Do you work with kids with difficult issues?

I have a vast knowledge of complex medical needs. I have worked with varying diagnosis' such as Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, Wolf-Hirshorn Syndrome and rare genetic disorders. I am comfortable working with g-tubes and tracheostomies. I work with medical devices such as gait trainers and standers and will refer out for medical equipment as needed. I love all children!

What if my child is just having difficulty with milestones?

I would love to help! I can help your child reach their next milestone big or small. Tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling and walking are my favorite. I also work with babies with tight necks (torticollis) or flat spots (plagiocephaly).
