Hello! I am located in Oakley and i am a first time mom looking for a birth doula and possibly a postpartum doula. I am hoping to find someone who accepts Kaiser. I would love to learn more about you!
I have Kaiser Doula Care Coverage. I do not plan to get an epidural and want to give birth without medication in a hospital setting (Kaiser Antioch). All my births have been vaginal thus far and consistently have low-risk, healthy pregnancies. I am looking for a doula who can support me in 3 ways: 1) Partner with my husband to offer the best pain management techniques for my unmedicated birth 2) Provide me with a sense of emotional support, coaching, calm, and peace during such a vulnerable and focus-heavy time so I can labor with confidence and weather the mental storm during transition especially 3) Be an advocate for my unmedicated birth with hospital staff that are kind but frequently pushing for constant interruption/monitoring and offering epidural or other more invasive interventions.
1. Stanford trivalley hospital - Pleasanton, CA 2. I would like if my insurance anthem blue cross- epo can cover it 3. I want to have an epidural and give birth vaginally as much as possible
I plan to deliver at Stanford ValleyCare hospital in Pleasanton. This is my second pregnancy. My estimated budget is $3,000. Mostly looking for birthing support especially since I have anxiety that gets triggered when I don't have much control over a situation. I would like to labor for as long as possible without medication. For my first delivery I labored naturally until I was 8 cm dilated before I chose to get an epidural. I may need postpartum doula support, especially with breastfeeding, since it was a struggle the first time around. A night nanny may also be needed since I have mental health issues that become exacerbated with lack of sleep.
1) currently, in the hospital 2) 4500 3) as natural as possible, with little interference
I am planning to give birth at home, in Dublin California. I’m mainly looking for a midwife and possibly a doula for support. I am planning to use my insurance at Kaiser for my scans up through the third trimester, and mainly want the midwife and possible doula team for delivery. I imagine visiting with them beforehand, but relying on my insurance for everything else leading up to delivery. Budget is $5k or less I want to give birth at home, unmedicated, with minimal interventions.
Living in Pleasanton CA and plan to give birth at walnut creek, ca with Kaiser. Im looking for ur care related to VBAC specialist. Can you guide on me. Thank you
I am a first time young mom looking for some extra support and encouragement during both prenatal and postpartum stages. I have so much to learn, and am very interested in someone who is versatile in their practice. My current lifestyle is holistic in nature and would love to find someone who also aligns with my values. I plan to give birth at a hospital and would love a doula, along with my partner there to support me. I would love someone to advocate my needs and be there to execute a strong, peaceful presence. Yoga, healthy eating, photography, and massage therapy would be a bonus! As this is my first time I do not have a set budget, although I am looking for someone who is comfortable with the process of being paid through Kaiser. To my understanding this service is fairly new and does not have a set limit however, I believe in full transparency and any other service outside of what Kaiser will pay I have full intentions of paying for based on an agreed rate.
