I’m planning an unmedicated birth at TMC’s Midwifery Center in Tucson and am looking for a compassionate, intuitive doula to support me and my husband during labor, birth, and postpartum. I’d love someone with a calming presence who can help create a peaceful, grounded experience, guide me through breathwork, remind me to stay hydrated, nourished, in movement, and use the bathroom regularly, and help me stay connected to my body with mindful cues like relaxing my jaw and pelvis. I’m also seeking support with natural comfort measures like hydrotherapy and aromatherapy (using organic, non-toxic products), as well as breastfeeding guidance and emotional support after birth. Ideally, you’re familiar with working in hospital settings and can help us navigate any interventions while honoring our desire for a relaxed, intuitive birth.
