I strongly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution and every baby is very unique with their own personality and needs to be approached individually. I help babies (ages 0-5 years old) sleep better by creating personalized holistic sleep training plans and providing 1-on-1 support and troubleshooting video consultations for families.
We were so lucky to meet Uma. From the first zoom meeting we felt that were in good hands and that we are a team! She has analyzed baby’s sleep schedule and have created a new day and night routines according to Nika’s age and development. She gave us all the tips and tricks! We were in touch all day. If we had any questions they were answered within minutes! First week was tough. We were not only incorporating new routine but also teaching Nika to fall sleep without any help from parents and without pacifier. Uma was supporting me when I was about to give up but I’m glad I didn’t! After first week Nika was able to fall asleep by herself without pacifier and our help. She was able to put herself back to sleep without us rocking her. And her naps became longer!

We worked with Uma when our 4 months old was going through a very lengthy sleep regression. He would wake up every hour at night, his daytime naps were close to nonexistent, and he had to be either breastfed or rocked to sleep. As a working mom of 2, it was very difficult to have to wake up every hour to tend to the baby and then to have to work during the day. Uma listened to our concerns, understood our goals and developed a personalized sleep plan that incorporated our family schedule. For 2 weeks Uma helped us implement the plan. She was patient, available to answer any questions, and made adjustments to the sleep plan as needed. In just 2 weeks my baby now has a predictable day time and nighttime schedule and falls asleep independently without rocking or breastfeeding. Right after the training ended, my baby got sick and for 2 days we were off the schedule. However, on day 3 he went back to his schedule and falling asleep independently like nothing happened.
