As a first-time mom, I’d love some hands-on guidance to help me feel more confident caring for my baby. I’m hoping to find someone who accepts Kaiser insurance with no out of pocket costs for me.

I’m planing to give birth at Providence St Joseph hospital in Burbank. It would not be my first choice as I was hoping for a home birth. Unfortunately, I was laid off last year and have been unable to find work. I’m hoping to find support covered by medi-cal. I would like my birth to be unmediated and with as little intervention as possible. This is my first birth so I do feel a bit nervous. I would only like my husband and doula in the room (along with any necessary medial care team). Hello, looking for help for 3-7 days (depending on price) for a couple hours a day to help my cousin with her baby. Baby was just born Dec 28 2025, and she’s really struggling mentally and with the baby. The baby is not sleeping well at all and she’s having trouble latching him on to breast feed. I want to provide her support, she feels like she is failing as a mom and I know what it’s like to feel that way (I work as active duty military and am a single mom so I can’t really take too much time to help her my self right now). Preparing to have an IBCLC that I can have available for breast feeding needs post-partum

Baby has excessive gas that keeps him up all night. He is breastfed and I am wondering if my latch is too shallow, let down is too fast or if there is something from breastfeeding causing this excessive gas. He is exclusively breastfed although we sometimes give him a pumped bottle. We burp him constantly, hold him upright after feeds, massage his tummy and do gas relieving exercises with him constantly. I also stopped eating dairy and stay away from gas inducing foods like broccoli, kale, etc. He is up every 30 mins to an hour at night.
