I am looking for a doula, post partum doula, and any other support my insurance covers. We plan to give birth at Kaiser Sunnyside. I have to use my kaiser TRAD HMO MEDICAL insurance. And I would love support creating a birth plan. Some things I know I want is pain medicine, being able to move during delivery, and delayed cord clamping. My husband and I both have ADHD and are highly intelligent. We would love someone pretty intelligent, but also someone that can read the room as I can become overstimulated with pain. We have 6 cats.
I am currently a surrogate for a gay couple, so someone comfortable with and accepting of the LGBTQ+ community is a must. This is my second pregnancy, but my first was in 2014 when I was only 19/20 years old, so I feel like I’m doing this all for the first time. I’d like to attempt as natural and intervention-free delivery as I can (but I am not fully against an epidural if truly needed). The plan is to deliver at Providence Newberg, unless something suggests that baby might need to be close to the NICU, in which case we would deliver at Providence Saint Vincent. I have a budget through the surrogacy plan of $2,000 but also have insurance through Blue shield and Providence, if anyone accepts insurance plans
Hospital birth I’m planing on using insurance Don’t have one yet
Planning to give birth at Legacy Emmanuel, same as my first on 2/1/24. Looking for a doula to help with nerves about labor, prepping for a natural birth. Budget is low hopefully under $800, looking for prices for a few sessions up to include help during labor itself.
I plan to give birth at Kaiser Sunnyside. I am on OHP, so anyone who takes medicaid. I want a VBAC, I don’t have a birth plan. Christian doula
Will be giving birth at a hospital, want to avoid a c-section as much as possible, no use of epidural. I want a compassionate, educated caring and understanding doula.
First birth and choosing to use the Anduluz Water Birth Center. Strongly set on a physiological birth, no/low intervention. Feel comforted by a grounded, experienced presence to coach through breathing and support with comfort measures, including helping my husband remember what to do, lol. Also currently looking for someone who works with Cigna insurance.
1. Providence St Vincent, Portland 2. N/a 3. Natural birth
Looking for a dula to help with labor at the birthing center . Would like to have her guide me and my husband through labor and for after when we get home. We are first time parants and looking to stay within a reasonable budget 1400. My plan is to have a non medicated birth in the birthing center that we chose. I would like a water birth if possible. Natural scents and sounds are most soothing to me as well as dimmer light .
Good Samaritan is where I'll be delivering. I live in Molalla. I'm not sure what a budget should look like for a doula. This is my first birth. I plan on having an epidural but other than that I have no idea what to expect or what my birthing plan will look like. That's why I need help. Thank you!
Hospital birth Under $1000 for student doula Still deciding on birth plan but prefer unmedicated, no- induction natural vaginal birth
1. I plan to do a water birth in the comfort and safety of my own home 2. $3,000 3. A water birth with my sisters , midwife, doula and myself
I need a helpful person that is patient friendly and really enjoys the work in the Lapine Oregon area
I am delivering at Kaiser. I do not have a birth plan.
Hi there! Super interested in a birth who also values their faith and would love to set up a call!
Legacy Meridian Park is where I’ll be giving birth although I live in happy valley. Due 2/12/26 Our budget is very low. As cheap/flexible as possible. Possibly accepts Aetna health insurance. I’d like an unmedicated birth unless absolutely necessary. I don’t want any unnecessary vaccinations either.
Birth at Alma midwifery hoping for insurance coverage through kaiser. unmedicated birth, ideally in water. I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos, so birthing positions will be key to prevent injury for me - hence the water. I also cuss a lot and have a dark sense of humor so need someone comfortable with that
My husband and I are going to have a natural unmedicated birth at Randall Children's Hospital. This will be our first baby. We are using the Legacy midwives and would like a birthing doula who can support myself and my husband with this being our first baby. Providing physical support during the labor and delivery such as pain relief options and tips for my husband to help support me is what we'd like from the doula and midwives. Also providing emotional support for both of us. We want minimal interventions during the labor and delivery process. Our insurance doesn't cover doula services so we are hoping for a student doula or spending around $250-$500. We can he flexible if our price range is too low.
Will give birth at Randall Children’s birth center. Try not to do an epidural. Want to try (and learn prior to laboring) various techniques and positions to make the birthing process easier. I’m a pediatrician.
I am a single mom. I’m looking for someone to help me during childbirth and postpartum.
