I plan to give birth at a hospital in Frisco. I want to have a unmedicated water birth.
Frisco Texas Budget 2k max Wanted to birth in a birthing center but no longer a possibility. Hoping to be as natural as possible, cutting umbilical cord once white. Not wanting loud noises or many people in the room while giving birth. Skin to skin as birthed. Not willing to lay back and wait. Not interested in typical medical processes of current labor practices.
I am newly pregnant and exploring my options. My dream has always been to have a home birth with a midwife, but know there’s certain risks in that. I’m not opposed to having a midwife and OBGYN to help the delivery process. Just exploring all options! I want to help feel empowered throughout the process and know my options at any given time.
I'm still very unsure about all of these details and am looking to connect with a few different options to decide exactly what I want to do. I know I don't want to do it at home but think I want to do it at a birthing center as opposed to a hospital and I don't want an epidural.
At home birth $5000, I also have insurance and Carrot Currently in between going to an OBGYN until it’s close to my due date to utilize a Doula and midwife. If I can have some input on what’s best I would love that for my little bundle of joy. Wanting a water birth Natural/ no meds
1. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen 2. $1000 3. Delayed cord clamp/cut , vaginal delivery no medicine (minimal only if necessary), skin to skin immediately after birth.
I am looking for a doula/midwife who can support my natural/physiological birth plan and who can advocate for me within the hospital setting. I want to be free to move around during labor, possibly use a labor tub, push with my contractions instead of purple pushing, and deliver my placenta naturally. I would prefer a doula/midwife who I knowledgeable about hospital policies and feels comfortable advocating my wishes while I am focused on breathing through contractions.
Needs midwife that takes medical and will take me in my 3rd trimester. I want a natural home birth. Water birth if possible.
I would love to give birth at home or a birthing center in water. I would like to have quick access to a hospital should I need that type of care. I would like a midwife who shares my faith as a Christian. The atmosphere needs to feel peaceful and uninterrupted. Great bedside manner and skills sewing should I tear. I’ve had 2 successful vaginal deliveries in water in a birthing center.
