Hi! My name is Yasmina. As a certified full spectrum doula, I offer my clients customized and informed support before, during, and after labor. From helping you make your birth plan that ensures you communicate your cultural, medical, and personal preferences to your care provider during labor to working you through breathwork during those tough contractions, my aim is to make my clients' births special, sacred times that reflect their values and unique personalities. At Peaceful Strength Doula Services, I believe in providing personalized support to our clients. My approach towards health and well-being is evidence-based and provides comfort, support, and advocacy. I am committed to ensuring that our clients have a positive birthing experience and feel empowered throughout their journey.

Birth Plan Consultation

A birth plan also takes the pressure off having to make important decisions quickly during labor. You may feel more at ease if you and your care provider can reference your birth plan. However, it is still important to appreciate that a birth plan is not set in stone. Having realistic and flexible expectations for your labor will increase your chances of being satisfied with your birth experience. This package includes: - One-on-one 2 hour virtual session to create your birth plan - Comprehensive personalized birth plan to show care providers - Additional resources to help you before and during labor - Time to address any birth-related questions and concerns - Birth partners welcome!

Lotus Doula Services

The lotus represents strength, resilience, fertility, and rebirth. While laboring leads to the birth of a child, it also results in the rebirth of the parents: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This package includes: - Two in-home prenatal appointments to discuss and prepare for labor - Birth plan consultation included during first prenatal appointment - 24/7 availability and support via text, phone, and email from 36 weeks - Physical and emotional support during labor, including when laboring at home if desired - Photos/videos of labor and birth taken on your phone or camera - One in-home postnatal appointment to discuss and nurture your birth memories
