About me

Hello, my name is Zoe. I come from a big family of seven children and have been blessed to be a proud and involved aunt to 12 nieces and nephews. Caring for little ones has always been a natural part of my life, which is why choosing a career in childcare was never by accident. With nearly 10 years of professional childcare experience, I began my journey as an au pair, later worked as a full-time and part-time nanny, and eventually transitioned into specializing as a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula. Supporting families during the early stages of parenthood is something I approach with patience, warmth, and intention. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, taking walks, and participating in sports. These activities help me maintain energy, balance, and a positive mindset — all of which I bring into the care and support I provide to families.

Service introduction

I support families from the very first day they bring their newborn home. I assist with newborn care, including feeding, burping, diapering, soothing, and establishing healthy sleep routines. Just as importantly, I guide parents with practical knowledge and hands-on techniques so they feel confident and empowered even when I am not present. At its core, my work is about creating a calm, structured, and supportive postpartum environment. I aim to ease the transition into parenthood by providing reassurance, stability, and dependable care — allowing families the time and space to rest, recover, and bond with their newest addition with peace of mind.
