About me

I am a birth and postpartum doula, located in Orange, NSW. I am a mum of two, a wife and primary teacher. I am passionate about supporting women throughout their pregnancy to ensure they feel informed and confident when approaching birth and parenthood. Being a doula is a very special job and I feel so lucky to have assisted many local families in Orange!

Service introduction

Prenatal consults: create a trusting relationship, discuss birth wishes, provide relevant information about labour, birth and newborns. Birth: provide emotional and physical support to couples during the birth of their baby. Alleviate pain during contractions through massage, acupressure points and encouragement of active labour positions. Postnatal visits: assist with settling techniques, breastfeeding and provide support and comfort to the parents.
