Include any additional duties (Sleep training, cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc.): Sleep Training would be nice, cooking would be even better. I would like some help with the baby, as I am in school and only have my husband around for help. Provide your estimated budget: I am hoping the whole thing is covered by insurance. Include your insurance provider's name and plan details: My insurance does cover Doula, but I may need a prescription or justification from my OB. Currently, I am on my spouse's family plan in BCBS Anthem PPO.

I’m planning to deliver at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence with the midwives at the birthing center, and I’m based in Mansfield, MA. I’m looking for a doula who is experienced with Women & Infants and supportive of a midwife-led birth experience. This is my first baby and pregnancy, so looking for all the advice and support! I have United Healthcare through Harvard Pilgrim, so I’d also love to know whether you accept this insurance, offer reimbursement support, or can provide a superbill. Plan to give birth at Winchester Hospital. Having my first baby and hoping to have a low-intervention vaginal birth. I'm still considering/learning about specific plan details. I'm more nervous about feeling rushed or pressured by hospital staff than I am nervous about birth itself, and I'm looking for someone to advocate for and support the experience I want to have within a hospital setting.

Hospital birth As natural as possible but high risk-bicuspid aortic valve-being seen by MFM Plan to use insurance Birth plan: epidural or possibly not, laboring down as much as long as possible allowing fetal ejection reflex to hopefully take place so minimal pushing. I declined the use of a forceps/suction assisted birth. C section is also still on the table. Want to move about freely or if there’s an epidural in place assistance moving, do not want to birth on my back. Minimal vaccines, delaying schedule and not doing all of them. Must be the preservative free vitamin k shot and if not available then drops only. Delayed cord clamping until white or not pulsating. Baby stays in room with us at all times for all tests etc.. plan to breast feed.
