About me
Hello, and welcome. My name is Adriana, and I have spent over 15 years supporting children and families through some of life’s most important stages. My background includes child development, behavioral support, early intervention, newborn care, and working closely with families to create environments where children can thrive. I believe every child is unique and deserves care that is responsive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate. My approach is rooted in patience, consistency, and building strong relationships with both children and parents. Whether I am caring for a newborn overnight, supporting a family’s routine, or helping a child reach developmental milestones, my goal is always to provide compassionate, attentive care while giving parents peace of mind. My professional experience includes working with children of all ages and abilities, supporting children with varying developmental needs, and collaborating closely with families to ensure continuity of care. I also completed internships at Hoag Hospital, where I gained valuable experience supporting mothers, newborns, and families during the early stages of a child’s life. Families often describe me as calm, dependable, warm, and attentive. I understand the trust involved in inviting someone into your home and caring for your child, and I take that responsibility seriously.
