About me

I believe every birth is right. There is no single “right” way to give birth, and there is no one-size-fits-all path into parenthood. Your body, your baby, your family, and your choices are yours. My role is not to tell you how to birth. My role is to walk beside you—to listen, to support, to offer information, to help you explore your options, and to hold space for you as your birth unfolds. Whether your birth looks exactly as you imagined or takes an unexpected turn, you deserve to feel respected, informed, supported, and heard.

Packages
Birth Doula Support
Birth is a deeply personal experience, and no two families need exactly the same kind of support. My role is to meet you where you are and help you feel prepared, supported, and confident as you navigate your own path to birth. Your support may include: Getting to know you, your family, and what matters most to you. Exploring your hopes, questions, and concerns about birth. Preparing for the many possibilities that birth may bring. Creating space for you to talk through your preferences and birth wishes. Comfort measures and hands-on support during labor. Emotional reassurance and encouragement. Helping your partner or support person feel confident in their role. Providing evidence-based information when you have questions. Helping you think through your options without judgment. Supporting your voice and your right to make informed choices. Continuing to support you if your birth takes an unexpected path. Offering postpartum support as you settle into life with your new baby. What I don’t do: I don’t make decisions for you, provide medical care, or replace your healthcare team. I am here to complement your care by offering continuous, personal support

This package is designed to give you a steady source of practical and emotional support as you recover, learn your baby, and find your rhythm as a family.
