Hello everyone, my name is Alexandra (Alex) Estevez, and I am a Full Spectrum Doula and Certified EMDR Psychotherapist located in New York City. I hold space for all birthing outcomes by providing trauma-informed care as a trained and certified trauma psychotherapist. I believe that all birthing outcomes deserve a calm and peaceful atmosphere with no judgment. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling with them.
