Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable! She was amazing in all ways and so appreciated. We are very thankful for our experience with her. With her knowledge and help, we are reaching our breastfeeding journey goals! It has significantly improved my postpartum experience as I feel more confident. I definitely plan on having her help with our future kiddos.

Alex spent time with me in the hospital the day after my daughter was born. She provided me with one-on-one support with my baby’s latch and showed me how to get underneath my daughter’s top lip for a better latch. It was also very beneficial for Alex to spend quality time with us; she did not rush the time with us and answered all my questions. It was very comforting for Alex to share her personal experiences as a mother with me being a first time mother. Also, I contacted Alex around two weeks postpartum and she quickly provided me with guidance. I recommend Alex to support breastfeeding mothers.

Alex is hands down the reason I continued to Breast feed for as long as I did with my first child. She was so kind and compassionate and always made me feel like I was heard and prioritized. I always recommend Alex to anyone in any phase of their breast feeding journey, she truly has a gift!!

My introduction to breastfeeding as a first time mom was rough. I was having a VERY hard time and reached out to Alex in pure desperation. Not only did she go above and beyond on many occasions to help me, she gave me confidence and prepared me for the rest of my breastfeeding journey. I know with certainty I would have quit very early on without her guidance and I'm so thankful for her deep level of knowledge and compassion. 1000/10 stars****

Alex was phenomenal when I was admitted at the hospital after having my second child. I had a really tough time with breastfeeding my first and I was nervous to start the breastfeeding journey again. Alex came in and talked to my husband and I extensively about this journey and even gave us some explanations as to why it may not have worked out the first time for me. She is so knowledgeable and is an amazing resource to have. I would highly recommend her anyone!

Couldn’t be more thankful for Alex. As a first time mom I had no idea what to expect with breastfeeding. Alex went above and beyond while I was In the hospital and gave my husband and I so much information about breastfeeding and tips and tricks for being first time parents. I’m now almost 10 months in to my breastfeeding journey and couldn’t have done it without Alex!

If I could give 1 million stars, I would! Alex is 100% of the reason why my breastfeeding journey has been successful for 8 months so far! In the beginning, when my son was first born, Alex was there to help me out with different feeding positions, make sure my son was latched well, and provide lots of education on how breastfeeding works (not sure why there isn’t more info out there from OB offices prior to delivery but I digress). After I was discharged from the hospital, I ended up needing to be readmitted due to a really intense case of postpartum eclampsia. During my second stay, I was so sick and so overwhelmed that I had decided to just formula feed, I couldn’t handle the pressure or stress of breastfeeding. I was so nervous to see Alex again and tell her that I had ultimately decided (reluctantly so) to formula feed. Not only was she incredibly supportive of that decision, but also provided me with info on combo feeding ONLY if that was something I could see for my feeding journey. I decided (after feeling the intense pain once my milk came in) that I’d pump for relief, but still plan to mostly formula feed. All of that to say that through many, MANY Facebook messages at all hours of the night, my journey shifted from formula feeding, to exclusively pumping. Alex has been there for me any time (and I do mean any time, 12am, 4am, 9pm) I have questions or concerns. She has helped me clear up clogged ducts, troubleshoot why I experienced a dip in supply, the weird rash on my son’s face, how to start BLW, how to drop pumps, how to heal cracked, sore nipples, and just how to “mom” in general. I’d consider Alex to be an extremely vital piece in my postpartum and motherhood journey, I truly don’t know what I would’ve done (or would do) without her. I don’t have the words to express how thankful I am for her unwavering support and plethora of knowledge that she so willingly shares. ❤️

Alex helped me through so many challenges I faced with both of my children. From oversupply, clogged ducts, high lipase milk, dairy intolerances, etc. I never would have made it through my totaled 3 year breast feeding journey without her support. Period. She’s incredible.

Alex was an invaluable support during my early days of breastfeeding in the hospital. Her comfort and encouragement were unparalleled. She not only helped me navigate supplementing with formula when my milk hadn't fully come in after a C-section but also taught me proper bottle-feeding techniques to prevent nipple confusion for my baby. Beyond her professional duties, Alex extended her support when I was struggling with postpartum depression, reaching out to me even after I posted on Facebook in desperation. Her personalized analysis and advice were truly transformative for both me and my baby. In my experience, she is undoubtedly the most exceptional lactation consultant.

Alex has helped me several times throughout pregnancy and my postpartum journey. She was great at supporting and helping my undersupply rebound and when I needed some supplemental breastmilk for my daughter, she selflessly gave me some from her personal stash. She's the person you go to knowing you can ask her anything and she won't judge you, she just helps you.

Alex was our lactation consultant when I was in the hospital after having our son. She is so knowledgeable and patient for moms. We also saw her when I discovered a lump in my breast thinking it was a clogged duct. She was the best advocate and made sure I was able to see my OB right away. We would highly recommend her to any mom who is in need of lactation services.

Alex was absolutely wonderful throughout my breastfeeding journey with my fourth kiddo! My first breastfeeding journey did not go as planned as I lacked a lot of knowledge around the topic and my second pregnancy was twins and I decided not to try. However with my fourth little guy I reached out to Alex early on asking questions and she was always coming back with wonderful answers and places I could look further for information etc etc. I requested she come see me when my baby was born via c section and she did just that. She got us off to a great start and I am forever grateful for that as he and I made it over a year with exclusively breastmilk! Throughout my breastfeeding journey with him I reached out many times about clogs/questionable mastitis and once again she was always quick to respond and offered great tips tricks and advice! Most importantly she is one hundred percent supportive of any feeding journey as fed is best 😊

Alex has helped me so much throughout my breastfeeding journey. From the in-house consult when my daughter was less than a week old to the COUNTLESS messages I have sent her, she has always been helpful and encouraging. I truly don't think I would still be breastfeeding if it weren't for her!
