I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and hold licenses in Massachusetts and Virginia. My education and background are in healthcare social work. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are coping with complex physical and mental health diagnoses in a variety of settings, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Since transitioning to private practice four years ago, I have focused my work on perinatal trauma. I hold a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR. I have extensive experience supporting those navigating trauma in the maternal and perinatal period. In addition, my work has afforded me the opportunity to partner with clients coping with a wide range of mental health concerns. I work with clients as they navigate grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I believe that everyone has the ability to overcome and grow from life’s many challenges. I find it a true privilege to partner with clients during their journey and to have the opportunity to play a part in their healing process. I take great care to honor and respect the unique aspects of each client’s experience while also reminding them that they are not alone.

I specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health, supporting individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. My work focuses on trauma, including birth trauma, NICU experiences, and reproductive loss. Using a relational, attachment-based approach and EMDR, I partner with clients to process experiences, build resilience, and feel less alone during this transformative time.
