Virtual support package
Virtual birth support offers continuous, affirming care no matter where you are giving birth. This package is designed for families who want steady guidance, informed consent support, and emotional grounding throughout labor and birth — without in-person attendance.
This package includes prenatal planning and education to help you feel prepared and confident going into birth, including birth preferences, comfort measures, and partner support strategies. During labor and birth, I provide on-call virtual support via text, voice, or video, offering real-time reassurance, coping guidance, position suggestions, advocacy coaching, and reminders to slow down and protect the oxytocin bubble. I support both the birthing person and their partner(s), helping everyone stay regulated, connected, and informed as decisions arise.
After birth, this package includes a postpartum check-in to process the birth experience, answer early postpartum questions, and support emotional adjustment and recovery. Care is fully affirming, trauma-informed, and tailored to LGBTQ+, trans, BIPOC, autistic, and neurodivergent families.
Virtual support is ideal for families seeking accessible care, additional advocacy, or support alongside medical providers or an in-person support team.
In person birth support package: minimalist
This package offers hands-on, continuous support for families who want both preparation and in-person care through birth and the early postpartum period. It is designed to provide steady guidance, informed advocacy, and grounded presence before, during, and after birth.
This package includes one prenatal appointment, offered in person or virtually, focused on creating a personalized birth plan. During this session, we will review your preferences, comfort measures, medical options, sensory needs, and partner support strategies so you feel confident and informed heading into labor.
In addition to our prenatal session, this package includes 24-hour texting availability for questions, reassurance, and guidance as you prepare for labor and during early labor. When labor begins, I provide up to 20 hours of in-person labor support, offering emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, advocacy support, and guidance for both the birthing person and their partner(s). If labor extends beyond 20 hours, continued support is available at an hourly rate. Throughout labor and birth, my role is to protect autonomy, support informed consent, and help maintain a calm, regulated environment.
Following birth, this package includes one postpartum check-in to support emotional processing, recovery, newborn adjustment, and early feeding needs. A small postpartum care package is also included as a gesture of continued care during the transition home.
All services are inclusive, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet each family where they are.
Full Comprehensive Birth & Postpartum Support Package
This package is designed for families who want deeper preparation, hands-on partner support, and extended care through both birth and the early postpartum period. It offers expanded prenatal education, continuous in-person labor support, and intentional postpartum care to support the whole family’s transition.
This package includes two prenatal appointments, offered in person or virtually. The first session focuses on creating a personalized birth plan, reviewing preferences, comfort measures, medical options, sensory needs, and advocacy strategies. The second prenatal appointment is dedicated to partner training and birth practice, helping partners feel confident, prepared, and actively involved through hands-on practice, coping techniques, communication tools, and labor support roles.
In addition to prenatal care, this package includes 24-hour texting availability for questions, reassurance, and guidance as you prepare for labor and during early labor. When labor begins, I provide up to 20 hours of in-person labor support, offering emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, advocacy support, and grounded presence. Continued support beyond 20 hours is available at an hourly rate if needed.
Postpartum support includes two postpartum check-ins, focused on emotional processing, recovery, newborn adjustment, feeding support, and nervous-system care for both parents. This package also includes a hot, nourishing meal and a thoughtfully curated postpartum care package with breastfeeding-supportive treats, offering tangible care during the early weeks at home.
All services are inclusive, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet each family where they are.

Postpartum doula support
Postpartum doula support is designed to care for the whole household during the early weeks after birth, allowing parents to rest, recover, and settle into life with a new baby. My approach is nurturing, practical, and affirming, with care tailored to each family’s needs and routines.
I offer daytime, hourly postpartum doula support at $35–$45 per hour, based on the level of care needed and household tasks requested. Support may include newborn and infant care, emotional support for parents, light housekeeping, meal preparation and cooking, grocery shopping, and tending to the overall needs of the household. This may also include light supervision of one additional child, supporting siblings during the postpartum transition.
Postpartum care is provided with a 4-hour minimum per day and a two-week minimum commitment, allowing time to build consistency, trust, and meaningful support for recovery and adjustment. Each shift is flexible and collaborative, shaped by what will best support rest, recovery, and nervous-system regulation for the family that day.
Sample Postpartum Schedules
(These are examples and can be adjusted to meet each family’s needs.)
• 2–3 days per week
4-hour daytime shifts focused on rest, baby care, light household support, and meals.
• 4–5 days per week
4–6 hour daytime shifts offering more consistent newborn care, household support, and recovery time for parents.
• Short-term intensive support
Daily 4–6 hour shifts during the first two weeks postpartum to provide consistent care, structure, and support during the initial adjustment period.
All services are inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming, with particular experience supporting LGBTQ+, trans, BIPOC, autistic, and neurodivergent families.
