Hello everyone, my name is Sarah and I am a doula with a background in Montessori Education, ten years of experience as a teacher and nanny, and special interests in the spiritual dimension of birth and trauma-informed care and mental health and wellness in the inter-partum period. I gave birth to my two precious children in 2022 and 2025, and it was after my first birth that I realized I have an enormous amount of energy for and desire to participate in birth work. There is no doubt in my mind after experiencing it myself that birth belongs to the realm of the sacred.
