About me

Welcome to your next adventure! This addition to your family will be locked in as a core memory forever- so why not make it the most positive experience it can possibly be? As a doula since 2011 with hundreds of families served, I bring experience as a mom of 4 and warm hands to guide the way. Postpartum can be a vulnerable time, and coupled with a huge transition and lack of sleep, sometimes gets off track. That's where I come in. My goals are to meet you where you're at and fill in the gaps. Most often, this means helping baby sleep so you can too! I specialize in breast or bottle feeding support and troubleshooting, multiples, and newborn sleep. I also have years of experience and am comfortable with preemies and NICU babies. My personality is casual, friendly, and warm, and I bring my sense of humor with me everywhere. Clients appreciate my calm nature and positivity, as well as the resources I provide to get them through anything that might arise. I often hear, "I wish I had doula support for my other babies!", and "We got so much more sleep than we would have without you." Let's work together to figure out your needs and how I can best support you.
