I’m LaTasha Long, a Full Spectrum Doula and Traditional Health Worker and founder of Bold Beginnings Doula Services, LLC. My love for caring for babies and supporting families began early in life and has grown into a calling I hold close to my heart. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and family care, I understand how meaningful it is to feel supported during life’s biggest transitions. I’m passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where every family feels heard, respected, and empowered through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. I offer personalized full-spectrum doula support to help you feel informed, prepared, and cared for throughout your journey. My birth support package includes two prenatal visits, which can take place in your home or alongside you at a doctor’s appointment, continuous support during labor and birth, and two postpartum visits. The first postpartum visit takes place at your home three days after you return from the hospital, while the second can be scheduled at your home or during a doctor’s appointment to check in on how you and your baby are adjusting. I also offer nanny care and newborn specialist support, bringing over 20 years of experience caring for little ones and helping families feel more confident as they transition into life with a new baby. My goal is to support the whole family with compassion, practical guidance, and care tailored to your needs.
