About me

I am passionate about helping women feel good in their bodies and helping them get back to doing what they love. I want you to know that you don't have to live with these symptoms. We can work together to get you  feeling better.  I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico. I grew up in Farmington, NM and have been in Albuquerque for over a decade now. One of my favorite things is walking in the Bosque with my husband, son, and 2 sweet pups. I also enjoy making my own herbal preparations and teas with herbs I grow in my garden. I am a lifelong learner and am always planning the next course I will attend and next book I will read.

Service introduction

My focus is finding the root cause of what is causing your pelvic floor symptoms. I use a whole body approach to address areas that are contributing to the problem. I use manual based treatments, address lifestyle factors, and use specific exercises to reinforce and strengthen the body.
