Hello! My name is Anastassia, and I am a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience caring for women and families. I have a background in postpartum nursing and women's health and have completed DONA Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula training, with certification in progress. My passion is helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for during the early days after welcoming a new baby. I provide compassionate emotional support, newborn care guidance, breastfeeding encouragement, recovery support, and practical assistance to help parents adjust to life with their newborn. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where parents can rest, recover, and enjoy this special time with their baby.
