About me

I'm a mom of three and NWA doula who is passionate about supporting women on their birth journey. As your doula, my goal is for you to have your best possible birth experience. I provide information to make you feel at ease, comfort measures to help alleviate pain, and emotional support, perspective, and a calm presence when we are in the heat of labor. I provide several meetings prior to labor to help you feel prepared for labor and for postpartum.

I am a birth & postpartum doula who is passionate about helping moms on their birth journey. I offer a variety of affordable services for families for every stage of your birth journey. My birth doula services include birth & postpartum planning along with customized childbirth education & breastfeeding education. For those not ready to commit to full-doula care, I offer private birth & postpartum planning sessions. For new moms or moms to be that want a different birth experience, I offer private comprehensive childbirth classes as well.

Private Childbirth Education
Get prepared to have your best possible childbirth & postpartum experience! This class goes far beyond the typical hospital childbirth class by presenting comprehensive information that will help you navigate the various decisions you will make throughout pregnancy and labor. I teach this class in person or virtually as a private session with clients. I customize the information and discussions depending on individual needs.

NWA Birth Doula Package
This NWA doula package includes support prenatally, during labor, post-birth and in the postpartum period. I offer 3 prenatal sessions where we meet to create a birth plan, discuss childbirth education topics, breastfeeding (if desired) and how I can best support you. When the big day arrives, I offer continuous labor support. I stay with you throughout labor, offering comfort measures and emotional support and for awhile after your baby is born. This support package also includes 1 postpartum follow-up visit. Please contact me to schedule a free initial consultation.
