I had such a great experience with Angelee. As a first time mom, I felt so much more prepared for labor/delivery and felt more aware of what to expect than I ever could have on our own. I had a goal of an unmedicated birth and truly think Angelee is one of the main reasons I was able to achieve that goal! She helped advocate and ask questions I didn’t even know to ask and helped me understand exactly what was happening. I had an amazing first birth experience thanks to Angelee and her guidance!

BEST DOULA IN NWA!! The moment I met Angelee, I knew she was the type of person I wanted supporting my husband and me through our unmedicated hospital birth. She was always quick to respond to questions throughout my pregnancy, providing support, clarity, and peace of mind whenever I wasn’t sure what was going on. She provided incredible resources that helped educate and prepare us for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum recovery—truly equipping us for every stage of welcoming our baby into the world. Prior to delivery, she came to our home and guided us through labor positions so nothing felt unfamiliar when labor began. We spent hours discussing hormones, the stages of labor, and potential interventions, including the benefits and drawbacks of each, so we could make informed decisions if the need arose. As for the birth itself, I was in labor for nearly 30 hours, all at the hospital after my water broke during a routine clinic visit. Through it all, Angelee never missed a beat. She supported me with so much joy, intention, and encouragement, never once seeming tired or overwhelmed. She communicated exceptionally well with my husband, helping him understand the changes my body was going through and teaching him ways to support me through each contraction. She advocated for me when I needed it most and encouraged me when I felt defeated. Our faith played a huge role in our birth experience, and Angelee supported and encouraged me through Scripture and gentle reminders that God created my body for this. Those reminders helped ground me in truth and gave me strength when I needed it most. I truly cannot recommend Angelee enough. Her support was invaluable, and I would absolutely choose her again for future births, Lord willing.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Angelee. I gave birth to my first born 5 months ago and Angelee was the greatest blessing to my husband and I through my whole pregnancy and the birth. She was so kind and personal through our whole experience. My pregnancy was not really expected (although we would change nothing) and finding Angelee was just an answered prayer. She helped us with every single question and concern we had. She gave us so much needed information, helpful questions to ask my OBGYN and just very intentional with my specific needs and desires for my birth. I chose to have birth naturally in the hospital and she was so so helpful to me and my husband through it all. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone giving birth. She was so encouraging, thoughtful, gentle and kind but also very strong and knowledgeable. Lord willing we get pregnant again I would for sure want to have her as my doula again. She was not only helpful to me but also my husband but also not overbearing which we are both SO thankful for! If you are looking for a doula in NWA, I could not recommend Angelee enough. I really believe she is a big reason for me having such a positive birth experience. Thank you Angelee for all of your hard work and care for me and my family. Truly the best!

I truly could not have asked for a better doula for my first pregnancy and birth experience. From the very beginning, she prepared me so thoroughly for labor, especially considering I had gestational diabetes. She explained things clearly, calmly, and in a way that made me feel confident rather than scared. One of the biggest gifts she gave me was teaching me hand expression before delivery — because of her, my baby never needed formula even once after birth. That alone means the world to me. Throughout my pregnancy and labor, she gave me information that sometimes even doctors forgot to mention. She empowered me to ask the right questions and helped me advocate for myself at every step. When labor intensified, she stayed by my side through the night — literally helping me manage pain at 2 AM without sleeping at all. Her presence was grounding and reassuring during the hardest moments. Before I was taken for the C-section, she encouraged the nurses to let me try different labor positions, even with an epidural, and she helped me push with everything I had. When the decision was made to go to the operating room, she didn’t leave — she stayed with me, supported me emotionally, and waited until I was wheeled back to my room after surgery. One thing that really shows her attentiveness and experience is that she was the first to notice blood in my urine bag from the catheter and reminded us about possible catheter-related complications. Because of her, I later looked into my operative notes and was able to better understand what happened during my surgery. That kind of awareness and advocacy is priceless. She supported me not just physically, but emotionally and mentally — like a calm, knowledgeable family member who truly cared. I honestly couldn’t have gotten through my first pregnancy and labor without her. If you’re considering a doula, I can say with full confidence: you couldn’t ask for anyone better than her.

Having Angelee as my doula was essential to my VBAC birth. I was really scared going into labor, but from the very beginning she made me feel safe, supported, and confident. She is very calm and her presence and guidance made such a difference. With her support and techniques, my labor felt much easier than I ever expected. I only felt real pain shortly before my water broke, and my pushing phase was very fast. During contractions, I felt a level of control over my body that I honestly didn’t think was possible. Here's my POV as a husband: 110% worth having Angelee as a doula. I was initially hesitant thinking how much value could a doula possibly add, but through out the journey she provided valuable insight and advice. On delivery day she was a champion and I didn't ever see her even yawn even though she got there in the early AM and stayed over a day through my wife's labor. She helped my wife manage her pain and breathing and pretty much everything! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angelee to anyone looking for a doula!

Where do I begin? Moving forward with Angelee as my doula was one of the best decisions that I made during my pregnancy as a first time mom. She offered many services that other doulas do not. She was more helpful & Knowledgeable than some of the quick visits at the hospital/clinics. Angelee’s work ethic is something truly to be admired & be praised that even the hospital staff & my doctor complimented the way she worked. That they don’t see many doulas work that way she did. Angelee was such an incredible help throughout my labor! This was our third birth and second home birth and, while we knew generally what to expect, we realized we’d probably benefit from having a doula who could suggest different positions to labor in and help me stay calm and relaxed. Angelee was exactly what we were looking for! She led us through a good review of our birth plan and showed us some release techniques to help baby get in a good position as well as some positions that we could use during labor. Our baby didn’t arrive until after 41 weeks and she made sure to check in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything while we waited. We even used the extra time to get together again and talk through our plans for postpartum/recovery which was really helpful. The labor itself was so much better with her there. Angelee has a very calming and reassuring presence and I really appreciated her reminders and suggestions throughout it all. She cared for us after baby arrived too, bringing us drinks and snacks and helping get us settled in for the night. She really went above and beyond in every way and we couldn’t have asked for more! I can see a big difference in my state of mind during my two home births and I know it was largely Angelee’s help that made this one so much easier. I can’t recommend her enough and I hope to hire her again down the road!

Angelee was absolutely incredible from start to finish. As first-time parents, my wife and I wanted someone knowledgeable by our side for the childbirth process. She made everything feel manageable and empowering. She went above and beyond with multiple prenatal visits—some via Zoom others in person at our house—which really helped us feel prepared and supported. Her flexibility and willingness to meet us where we were both physically and emotionally made a huge difference. She listened and understood what our views and goals were and helped us make informed decisions ahead of time. During the birth Angelee was essential in helping us keep our hospital birth as natural as possible she’d advocate for us without question. She was unrelenting in her support stepping in seamlessly whenever I had to step away (or take a nap) her calm presence and expertise were invaluable—especially when she reminded my wife to breathe for the baby during contractions—something that kept us both grounded in those intense moments. Angelee didn’t just offer physical support she helped my wife prepare mentally for her first childbirth which made all the difference in how we approached the experience. Even now with a pending optional postnatal visit at our house we feel reassured knowing Angelee is still there for us, her care and dedication have been unwavering and we couldn’t have asked for a better doula to guide us through this journey. My wife gave birth to a PERFECT baby boy and was at peace through the process in large part because of Angelee's great work. Thank you Angelee for everything!

I highly recommend Angelee as a doula for anyone looking for extra support and encouragement in their birth space. I contacted her to assist with the birth of our first child and she was instrumental in helping me feel that I had an empowering birth experience, even though our baby came a month early! She was quick to respond, knowledgeable about all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She was well prepared for our meetings to cover all our birth preferences and helped my husband and I feel ready for baby's arrival by taking the time to listen to our goals. I ended up going into spontaneous labor and Angelee was greatly appreciated in the birth space. I wanted a natural birth or as low intervention as possible and Angelee helped make that happen.
