Hello everyone! My name is Sondra and I own Arkansas Doulas and Arkansas Breastfeeding Clinic. I'm a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doulas as well as an IBCLC. I'm passionate about supporting families on this journey so they feel heard, validated and supported. I've had the privilege of working with families in Arkansas for 14 years. My own experience as giving birth in Arkansas is what lead me to this work. I often tell my sons that they will one day understand how many lives they have impacted by simply just existing. They have helped mold and shape me into the professional I am today. This journey is yours, I'm grateful to be a part of it.

Packages
Birth and Postpartum Packages
Congratulations and thank you for inquiring about doula services! Birth Doula packages includes support from the practice as needed. 2 virtual prenatal visits 1 in person prenatal visit 15 hours of birth Support 2 postpartum follow ups Fees Range from $1100-$3150 depending on your package and doula. For postpartum/overnight care, each package is customized to an individual family's needs. Our fees range from $42-65/hr with an 8hr minimum for overnight care and a 4hr minimum for daytime support, though we don't have a minimum number of shifts needed to secure a contract. We offer both daytime and nighttime support with the focus on maximizing sleep efforts, feeding help, allowing time for self care, education, meal prep, light housework, errands and more.
