Postpartum Doula
Woodway, Washington
About me

For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked in women’s health, from menstrual and reproductive health to menopause. I’m a certified postpartum doula, certified women’s health coach, and registered yoga teacher, and my work has always centered on one belief: when a woman is truly supported, everything around her grows stronger. Supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum feels like a natural extension of that work. This is one of the biggest transitions a woman’s body and life will experience, yet too often, the mother becomes the last person everyone thinks to care for. I bring a whole woman approach to postpartum support, with an understanding of hormones, recovery, rest, movement, and the emotional adjustment that comes with becoming a mother. I’m here to care for you as a whole person, not only as someone’s mom. I’m also a wife and mom of two. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me teaching yoga in Edmonds, walking my furry friend Rue, or hiking somewhere in the Pacific Northwest. I know how quickly these seasons move and how much steady, compassionate support can matter. I’d love to help you feel cared for through yours.
