Hello! My name is Arden and I’m a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in Austin, TX. My passion is supporting women through life’s transitions, including preconception support, pregnancy, labor preparation, and postpartum. I love helping balance physical and emotional symptoms so families can thrive. I also love birds, reading, lifting weights, and spending time with my husband and college-age daughter.

Your phone consultation is free. The initial evaluation plus treatment is a 90 minute session priced at $150. Return treatment sessions are 60 minutes and priced at $100.

What to expect

I offer acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, guasha, Chinese herbal medicine, and nutritional/lifestyle counseling. All prospective clients have the opportunity to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation to ask questions and see if it's a good fit. The first visit includes a detailed health evaluation, an acupuncture treatment, a personalized treatment plan, and other services as appropriate.

I'm not in network with insurance providers but am happy to provide a superbill with insurance codes if you have acupuncture coverage. This is submitted to your insurer for reimbursement. I also accept FSA and HSA cards.
