lactation consultant, i had a tough time managing my milk supply and getting a good latch with my first so i would like to use my HSA/WSA for more support this time around. I had a tough time with getting a correct latch and building my supply. I was only about to breast feed for 5 months. i have some breast pumps as well from first pregnancy, so i want to also learn more about how to use them correctly and use them occasionally for when i need milk on days i am leaving the house. i prefer in home visits as my husband uses the car to go to work.
