About me

Hey y’all! My name is Aubrey. I live in the Texas Hill Country with my husband, two daughters + a baby boy on the way, and our three fur babies. I received a BA in International Studies and a Masters in Education, which I used to become a middle school World Cultures teacher. Throughout my journey to motherhood, I’ve developed a passion for empowering others on their parenthood journey to make informed decisions and never settle for care that is anything less than exceptional. As a lover of world cultures, I have found an interest in learning how birth is viewed around the world and how parents are cared for postpartum - and then applying the best of those practices to the birth and postpartum care I provide here in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. As someone who appreciates and celebrates what makes each of us unique, I also celebrate the fact that every family will have its own unique birthing preferences and parenting preferences. I hope that I can help support you and your choices as you take on this next chapter of life.
