I plan to give birth at Gulf Coast hospital in Panama City FL. I am mainly looking for someone who can assist with my child’s birth and ensuring all my desires are advocated for. My birth preferences/plan essentially boil down to wanting as little medical intervention as possible while still giving birth in a hospital (in case something serious/life threatening happen). I also have plans to exclusively breast feed and I’d love help to make sure that I start off on the right foot with that journey. In need of a (CM) certified midwife or doula. I've had a C section once back in 2022 and am being rejected from every home birthing/birthing center because of it. I live in Alabama. I want to have a waterbirth more than anything. Even if I have to do it at home. I want to do it naturally on my own and just be able to have someone there to step in if something goes wrong.
