My husband and I are moving to Maryland from out of state during my 3rd trimester. (Military family!) My first pregnancy was high risk and we spent 8 weeks in the nicu with my daughter. I am looking for a birth doula who can help me both figure out a birth plan, as well as coach me through a more “normal”/typical birth experience. I’m not opposed to pain management, but would like to try to attempt all natural. (I managed this with my last daughter, but my labor was induced, came on very very fast, and she was just under 5 lbs!)

We are Muslim so after baby is born father needs to do a religious prayer in babies right ear, so therefore when baby is born we need that time for him to do so like three minutes.
