Carina is looking for Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula
Location: Flatonia, TX 78941, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: July 07, 2026
Hey! So I'm planning my 3rd birth. The first was an emergency c- section and the second also a c-section, 4yrs ago. I had a very unsupportive/hands off midwife previously. I've found an amazing midwife this time and am planning a VBAC. Currently planning a birthing center birth (birthing center is in Bastrop Texas) but considering homebirth.. I'm not supper stuck on a particular bith plan. My goal is a healthy baby and a bit of redemption from my previous births that didn't go the way I planned at all. I'm a Christian, mildly crunchy farm mom who just wants a calm, peaceful birth resulting in a healthy baby and minimal trauma! šŸ˜… I'm looking for a support person to remind me I am capable and keep me focused. I had post partum depression last time so some postpartum support may be good for me, although I have more family support this time too! We don't have insurance. I don't know what a doula costs typically, that's part of why I'm reaching out, to see if this could be an option for us. Thanks!!

Sharon is looking for Birth Doula
Location: Cuero, TX 77954, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: September 23, 2026
I plan to give birth at a birth center in Humble, TX. Since I am a first time VBAC, I am required to hire a doula until the birth. My income and budget is very limited as I am the sole provider for 4 in my household, and now have to pay out of pocket for the birth center until my insurance can reimburse me part of it only after the birth. I am also catching up on my mortgage as I started a new job after losing my job last year. My birth plan is for the birth to be completely intervention free unless absolutely necessary, as I had a horrible experience at Citizens medical center that ended in an emergency C-Section. My budget would be as low as possible, with $600-$800 the most I can afford and $800 would be pushing it a bit.

Jayden is looking for Birth Doula, Midwife
Location: Red Deer, AB T4N 0M7, Canada
Due date or baby's birthday: July 15, 2026
I am needing a doula or a midwife. I have my first apt with a OBYGN but I believe I would like to go natural *no epidural* for the first time. I have had 4 pregnancies and births prior to this one all with epidural and vaginally. For my last final baby i would like to try and experience more of the natural birth as far as I can go before I ask for the epidural or for the whole birth. I am wanting to give birth at home or birth center but always open to the hospital. I have coverage by Alberta works. I am a 24 year old mama and my partner is 25 almost 26 years old. This will be my first time giving birth here in red deer. All my other babies have been born in Calgary.

I plan to give birth at home y husband and I are in an apartment) Estimate budget about 2500-3000 We are believers and would love to have a Christian midwife/doula! I am 20 weeks currently so I am trying to frantically find the perfect fit for our first born/birth! I want a natural home birth as stated and a birth pool would be such a blessing!! I would love worship music playing too. When baby is born skin to skin of course and delayed chord clamping. No shots what so ever! We are having a boy we do want circumcised but I am not sure on how that works with home birth.

I would like someone to be there during the birth that would be able to act as the communicator between me and the hospital staff. I would prefer to have an unmedicated vaginal birth if possible and do not want to get induced or anything that would induce labor before my body is ready.
