At Baby Love, we hold ourselves and our caregivers to a higher standard. We believe families deserve not only exceptional care, but also education, transparency, and ethical hiring practices. We guide families through what it truly means to hire an in-home caregiver legally and responsibly, and the most sought after newborn specialists choose to work exclusively with us. We intentionally limit placements to just 1–3 families per month, allowing us to deliver a highly personalized, concierge-level experience. With many of our top newborn specialists booking up to nine months in advance, our process is designed for families who value preparation, discretion, and excellence.

Working with Wendy was such a gift, especially in the early post partum days. She was 100% reliable, easy to communicate with, and so warm and nurturing to our baby (and to us!). She has a wealth of knowledge about babies, sleep, and feeding. And she will happily share that with you and troubleshoot. But she isn’t overbearing with opinions or recommendations if that’s not what you’re looking for. She made us feel so comfortable leaving our baby in her care so that we could sleep soundly and gave us detailed updates about the night the next morning. And when our baby went through some health issues she was extra attuned to those details and the plan. We would work with her again and again!
